Coupon Codes & Discounts

How Do I Use a Coupon Code?


At checkout, you’ll see a field labeled “Discount code” or “Promo code.”

Enter your code exactly as shown and click Apply before completing your purchase. The discount will appear instantly in your order summary.

Must apply the Coupon Code after you have typed all of your shipping details. As some coupons are for a one-time use and will have to determine if that code was not used before.

Why isn’t my coupon code working?

Coupon codes may not apply if:


  • The code has expired

  • The code is case-sensitive and was entered incorrectly

  • The item is already discounted

  • The code is valid only for select products or collections

  • Only one coupon can be used per order

Can I use more than one coupon code at a time?


At this time, only one coupon code per order may be applied. Choose the one that brings you the most joy and savings 🌱

Where can I find active coupon codes?

Coupon codes are shared through:


  • Email newsletters

  • Special promotions on the website

  • Social media announcements

Be sure to join the email list so you don’t miss out on exclusive offers.

I forgot to apply my coupon code. Can it be added after checkout?


Unfortunately, coupon codes must be applied before completing checkout and cannot be added retroactively. Please double-check your order summary before placing your order.

Orders, Shipping & Products

When will my order ship?


Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package’s journey.

Do you ship internationally?


At this time, shipping is available within the United States only. International shipping may be added in the future.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has entered processing or shipped, changes may no longer be possible.

Are your products handmade or custom?


Many items are made to order and carefully crafted just for you. This helps reduce waste and ensures each piece is created with intention and care. The essential oils are blended by hand (coming soon).

Are essential oils or wellness products available now?


Wellness products and essential oil blends are coming soon. Be sure to check back or join the email list for launch announcements and early access.

Returns, Exchanges & Support

Do you accept returns or exchanges?


Due to the nature of made-to-order items, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect. If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

What should I do if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item
